I m a mom of 25days old baby... Is my baby affect by what i eat... Means all elders saying dnt eat ye mat khao baby ko pet ne dard hoga.. Ye mat khao baby k ye hoga vo hoga.... Is it true??

Nothing like that. Right Rebecca Prakash ?

No its a myth.; Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa

Hey Ruchi.. sab cheez affect nai karti hain lekin chole rajma khane se has hoti hai so initially for a month or 45 days avoid karo phir dheere sab khane lago.. when you will eat everything then baby will also get used to all kind of food.. also I feel initially for around 45 days you should avoid and eat more healthy.. heavy oily spicy food body will not take easily immediately after delivery

Sach me?? Bcs m fed with my particular; diet plan with cnt eat this cnt eat that.....cnt eat all kind of; peas?? They says rice nahi kha sakte..asafetida vala khana nahi kha sakte... 😧🤔

Ohkie thanx Richa Chowdhary

Ruchi we can’t argue with elders.. and don’t know the logic behind or have valid reasons... sometimes to have peace we should follow elders for some time and slowly change our routine.. may be you can tell your doctor told to eat everything or take ur MIL to doctor and let her tell your MIL that you shud everything

Ohkie thank you so much for your suggestion.. Richa Chowdhary

I was on a diet plan for a week because I had GD. After that my daughter s paed asked me to have everything.. No restrictions at all. So I eat everything and I exclusively breastfeed her. My baby got no gas, digestion issues or whatever. I strongly believe whatever we eat does not affect the baby. I'm enjoying my mangoes now.

Thanks Rebecca Prakash.... My baby has gas issues... She is crying when she can't pass out gas....

Apply heeng paste on navel and gently massage. Give tummy time for the; baby.
