Hi i am at 34 weeks now. I suffer badly from heartburn and constipation. Any suggestions to relieve them?

For constipation you can take Abbott's Cremiffin and for heart burn you can have Rantac MPS or Ancool.
And also chew saunf after your each meal.

Please include lot of veggies and fruits in your diet. Avoid too much spicy food. Drink lot of water. Take care. Enjoy your pregnancy dear.
