Do a lot of walking. May be its to do with digestion. My sis during her time also suffered frm heartburns and she did spent her evenings with walking. It helped her a lot. Goodluck 😊

For constipation u can eat isabgul(1tea spoon) with warm water @n8t

Drink 2.5 to 3 ltrs of fluid daily.Have fruits. Warm milk at bed time. N mild walk after meals. Definately it will work

Eat banana drink milk and add isabgol once u constipation then ur heartburn problem also sort out. Take frequent small meals and plenty of fluid.
