eat curd rice, apple, anar, brown bread, and keep urself hydrated - u can even have ORS. do consult ur dr though.


Same thing happened with me also in as soon as i hit my third trimister. I took probiotic curd n yakult, pomogranate brown bread rice apple n coconut water ... plus lots n lots of water , namkeen lassi etc ...
