U can have soya milk. For calcium u try anything containing Ragi the richest source.

Rebecca Prakash

Well I never consumed milk in pregnancy because I had aversion towards all milk products. If you want you can drink coconut milk, which you can make at home itself. If not just eat calcium enriched foods.. Listing few..
1. 🥦 2. Bok choy 3.spinach 4.beans 5. Aspagarus 6. Brussels sprouts 6. 🥑 7. Celery 8. Cabbage 9. Leaks 10. Our very own bhindi 11.onions 12. Coconut 🥥 13. Badam 14. Pumpkin seeds. So many options available to compensate the milk.

As Rebecca Prakash has given you many options you can include these in diet.. I can understand milk gives a wholesomeness which you must be missing...try eating fruits..you can make dishes like daliya, sheera and oats with little jaggery which is very good..there are so many amazing recipes on the app which are very yummy and healthy..

There are other sources of vegan milk like peanut milk, fortified soy milk available in some online organic stores. Do try one....
