Well I never consumed milk in pregnancy because I had aversion towards all milk products. If you want you can drink coconut milk, which you can make at home itself. If not just eat calcium enriched foods.. Listing few..

I can understand milk gives a wholesomeness which you must be missing...try eating fruits..you can make dishes like daliya, sheera and oats with little jaggery which is very good..there are so many amazing recipes on the app which are very yummy and healthy..
