I have a
hi anon - mood swings are common in pregnancy owing to hormonal changes. it happens to ALL pregnant ladies. so pls don't fret. anti-depressants are harmful for ur baby that's why your dr has asked u to avoid. try and keep yourself positively distracted by good music, books, movies, long evening walks with a good friend who keeps u cheerful. pls take up a hobby u have long forgotten. read all the useful articles on pregnancy on the app and hang out with other expecting moms here :) we all are here for u.
also try and meditate using guided meditation. spend time with family and friends. tc

Dear.. Mood swings are natural.. But try to focus on good things in your life.. Be positive.. Do what you like, so the tings which make you happy.. Enjoy family time.. Spending time with your husband.. Meeting friends.. Don't stay alone.. Loneliness sometimes affects our mood n we again flow into our own thoughts..
