When can we start to have normal food after c sec?



Have everything homemade in moderation. make sure you avoid gassy and spcy food for about 40-45 days to avoid heartburn and unease.

Can we have less spicy homemade food? I am tired of having tasteless food.... :(

Yes you can in moderation. Avoid excess chilli.

Less spice is fine. Eat well. Wholesome diet. You need energy

Please suggest me some options for food that we can have.... As I don't like tasteless food, I don't consume it much and because of that I feel drained all the time..

Instead of the tradtional stuff,have oats in fried rice avatar or custardy consistency with vanilla essence and some sugar. Have carrot cakes, homemade cakes, muesli OR even whole wheat pasta.
Avoid Maida though it could be constipating.
