I have pcod too... Having two children...u must meet a good gynecologist

How I overcame my Pcod..
1 completely avoided restaurant food and had only to home made food.
2. Even at home I ate fresh food, nothing packed. No noodles, pasta, soup etc not even kellogs. Whatever has preservatives I avoided.
3. No reheating of food, if we re heat the nutrients will go so not good for pcod. Microwave heating is the real villain here.
4. Eat local food, local. Vegetables local fruits nothing exotic. By the time American apples and pears comes to India it loses its nutrients.
5. Weight lifting.. Even if you are fit and fine join gym and take weight training.. When we do weight training it has direct effects on our ovaries. Even at home instead of calling my husband or others I use to lift weights.
6.apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water 💦 helps. eat plenty of anjeer fresh or dried anything is fine.
I started all this in August 2016 and lost lot of weight.. By Feb my scan report came as no pcod traces by April I got pregnant.
