Hello I was 55 kg before pregnancy n during prenatal period I gained upto ,82 kgs n now after
Delivery I m 75 kgs n it's getting increasing..I'm getting fatter day by day.. but people say I can't do active try to loose weight as I breastfeed my baby otherwise he'll be weaken... so what can I do?



Nothing like that dear. Even if you lose weight there will be no effect on the breastmilk. Read these articles to get some exercise . Also avoid eating too much oily or spicy food. Take small walk daily.
