Hi I’m 22 weeks pregnant n my weight was 56 kgs n till now I hv gained only 4 kgs that is 60 kgs right now.
My dr told me to increase weight more n more so , wt kind of diet I should maintain
Plz let me know

Hey dear ..if the weight of the baby and over all growth is fine then that's enough I guess ..
You can have a planned balanced diet including lots of fruits and vegetables, milk, eggs and lentils in your diet ...
Drink lots of water too ..tc

I don't know why your doc has told you to increase weigjt more and more. Becauze 3rd trimester mey usually max weight gain hojata he. Abhi toh aap 2nd trimester mey ho aur 4kgs increase is fair enough. As long as baby growth achi he u dont need to worry about your weight.; Tk it easy.

I totally agree to Kavita Sahany and Nilofer Shaikh. There's no need to increase your weight in second trimester as long as baby's weight is normal. I gained only 6kgs during entire pregnancy phase. So eating healthy food is important. You should preferably have high protein diet.
