I am a work from home mom and exercise in the evenings. What is the ideal healthy snack you would recommend after I am back home from a workout. I usually just have a bowl of salad. If there are sprouts - I add them as u are supposed to have a protein after working out. If i remember, I boil in egg in the morning and add that. Sometimes i get some mushrooms boiled and add them.
[Pls suggest something simple as I don't have the bandwidth to come back and rustle up something. And in Goa, our cooks & maids come only once a day!]
