What do you eat before your workout to get the best out of it? I workout in the evenings as I am a work from home mom. 1.5 hours before my workout I have a carb - could be a sandwich or some masala rice. And 1 hour before i have a small cup of coffee which really energises me and i can feel myself pushing harder, effortlessly (it's a different story that the next day i feel like hell!!)
Any suggestions? Pls share what you take before a workout?
