My work out is a bit different. I do morning . I'm just on water and fruits. Not sure if that's the best way. But it suits my schedule.

Coffee...that too black coffee is good if you are using before workout. But i can literally feel sleeplessness. So i prefer... lots of fresh pudina leaves soaked in hot water for 5-10 mins and to tat add a spoon of honey. Its good for health. Banana, apple or kiwi fruit is good.

I use to have my breakfast by 9 am then black coffee by 10 and I immediately head to work out. Once done within 15 mins I eat one whole 🍏 or 🍐 or handful of almonds.
