Is bending down during pregnancy fine or we should avoid bending down ??


Hi Megha. Good question. Our backs become more fragile and hence we should avoid bending too much and not bend and lift. To lift use your knees to go down. Ensure your are not straigned

Don't bend from your back much.; Once or twice is okay. Squat OR sit down to do any work that requires so.
