Q:

My 4 yr old had a siezure in; March 2017. There was no reason to it. We got her eeg, MRI done and Dr could not reason out anything. He said this will cure by itself by age of 5-6..(is that so?) She got another siezure last year due to high fever. After that never till yesterday. Yesterday again she had a siezure.. I want to understand what can be the reason of it. I don't want to put my child to the torture of blood tests and MRI again.. I felt too guilty after doing it for her last ye.

I really hope the child feels better soon. Though I am no expert in this area but all I can suggest is to show the child to a good neurologist. It need to be diagnosed. May be you can take a second opinion

Hi Anon. I wish your child the best of health. I agree. You must go to another Dr and show all the reports. We can help in recommending a Dr. Where are you located.
