Is pinni/ panjeeri advisable in 9th month with low lying placenta, two hour glucose level around 130 ? If yes, please suggest what ingredients should be used for preparation. Summers have also started here in Gurgaon. Please tag concerned people who can suggest this.

Plz avoid anything in excess and which had lots of sugar or ghee in it coz it will cause problems for you and baby. In this time you need to stay active and eat healthy food with lots of veggies and fruits.have dairy products.

Best to avoid since it is summer. You may have a little occasionally on craving.. but make sure it is not added with sud--or ginger extract since that's heat producing.

Pinni, panjeeri; ( at our place) has dry ginger, goand, dry fruits ( read excess) sugar, methi seeds ...these are consider hot ingredients and given post delivery to cleanse the system and all the ghee, sugar will give u calories.
I personally wont ask; you to eat panjeeri or pinni at this stage. If at all u must then have little.

Dnt hv it wait till the delivery.. u can hv it after delivery coz on dat tym it will help u more... R u in ur 9th mnth?If yes den I would suggest you to hv 4-6 dates a day to shorten the labour hours.which helps;to increase d sensitivity of the uterus.. infact it has many nutrition for mom's to be.. I had it in my pregnancy 😊 Gud luck

Ahh!; No probs dear jst carry on vd ur diet n try to avoid such panjiri n pinnis on dis stage..tell ur family dat it's nt gud for d baby dey will understand for sure! Coz summers r; here in delhi n gurugram... so better to avoid it. ! Nywz Gud Luck n Stay Positive n Blessed 😊

Aditi Adlakha I knew it that your family must be asking to have it. They are always like this. Specially in 9th month. Buy do what is good for you and baby. You can say I am not feeling good after eating panjeeri so I won't eat it(I also made this excuse in last pregnancy when my mil asked me to have milk with ghee. I was like 'mere ko Chakkar a rahe h mummy' 😉.

Hiee aditi ,, my family asking this too.
That i have to eat hot food during 9th month , so that the delivery will be easy for me.
Everybody is saying , i think there is something truth inside. Will eat in moderation and also dry fruits can be taken unsoaked during 9th.

Mai bhi daily consume karti hu panjiri( mixture of desi ghee, dry fruits,makhana,coconut,sugar,wheat flour) with 1 glass of milk and 2 banana ..from 5-6 month ..!! now i m 34 week pregnant..!! nd everything is fine..😊
