What can be done about this coz just the sight of food manytyms makes me nauseous...

This is pretty normal during pregnancy just enjoy what you like and go with your cravings whatever you feel like eating but eat healthy and don't over eat anything sweet or salty you will get them it is very soon enjoy and pamper yourself

Few more weeks.. By 13 weeks you will feel better and you will start eating, what you are having now is absolutely okay for trimester one. Don't worry.

Hi.. I also used to feel nauseated from roti and most sabzi's.. Rice, dosa, Chilla, puri, bhatura, soya milk, fruits, curd, salad, oats namkeen Dalia, Poha and all u can try.. Taking lime water with sugar and black salt might give u relief.. Eating strawberry, kiwi, coconut water can also help

Calm down. Its common to feel Nauseated during pregnancy. This is due to the changes in the hormones during pregnancy and the development of the tiny lil creature in ur body. As u progress pregnancy all will be fine. But eat what you can don't skip foods. Stay hydrated

This is absolutely normal dear. I was struggling with vomitting for almost 4 months and the sad part is there is nothing you could do.

Thank u Resham , Rebecca,Charu,Revauthi ,Kavita... I was getting really worried abt not being able to eat....but after reading to your comments feeling good.; Thank u once again .😘😊🤘
