Q:

Hi momma's,
I am little bit worried.; I wasnt earlier until everyone around started bothering me asking : Why is your baby still fist ( closes her hands); in the picture... when we carry her? .. So; yeah, is this a problem? Somebody said, it could be a neurological disorder 🙄🙄 but i have a very happy and playful baby... What do I do???

Neha Mani Mishra

I don't think it is a disorder dear. Does she holds your hand when you give her your finger? Will also get other moms to help Revauthi Rajamani ritu singhal

Hey
How old is your baby? Their reflexes starts developing after six months old so they start and try holding things, open their fist...

Shreya Singh

Hi Neha, yes; she holds my finger and she's got a quiet good grip. She started picking up things/ toys too..

Come on Momma! Give a damn about what others say! If the baby is happy, merry, meeting milestones, its okay! Just enjoy mommyhood👍

Ujjwal Mishra(SuperMommy)

DancerMom you baby is fine. She is too young. It will change with age. Relax.

Hey my neice was like that and yes the mavshi who gives bath did notice and told us. She also kept massaging her palms and whenever we get chance we too did, now she doesn't have closed fist. You can play with her palms 🤲 it should be OK.

Rebecca Prakash

I don't think it's some neurological disorder...from where people get all this I don't know.
