Hello my friends, these days the problem majorly i am facing is itching at my whole tummy and some reddish spots. Can you please guide me what is the exact reason? As I am applying a lotion prescribed by my gync still no sign of recovery. 😢

hi debolina - this is a common occurrence in pregnancy. some ladies apply coconut oil.

Asha ji I have applied coconut oil also but it is getting worse day by day. Whole night I am itching like anything 😟

Oh dear. Lets ask others! Satarupa B Kaur Revauthi Rajamani Roopashree Siddireddy

Yar m also also facing this problem from last night.; plz suggest something

As skin is stretching v feel itching. Do not scratch as it vl lead to marks after delivery. Rub it with a cotton cloth if u feel very much itching. Apply coconut oil or lemon juice/ aloe vera jell/ fresh neem paste and massage nicely during shower. U can also apply some calamine based lotion.

Coconut oil post bathing is tonbe applied. For the spots, just don't scratch them. Happens coz of heat, perspiration and dryness. You may add some candid powder in coconut oil and mildly Dab on. Talk to doc if the spots becomes pus filled it grow and spread.

; Hey
It's the skin stretching that causes itching but it's reddish and pink and too itchy I suggest you meet ur gynecologist. Few moms develop allergy and u must chk ur liver function if it's too bothering

Yes too many stretch marks already there and redness on that Revauthi Rajamani; &; Satarupa I am using a medicated lotion

Try calamine but don't worry, this isn't a prob.; The heat is making it worse.

If nothing is helpful. ..pl cnslt ur gynec. ...its all about ur baby growing dear. ..

Debolina pregnancy me baby grow krega to skin balloon ki tarah hogi n baad me vapis sahi, starech marks sbko hote hai kisiko jyada ya kam.aap liquid diet; jyada lijiye, bathing ke baad coconut oil n strech marks cream use kriye.itching ho tb bhi aap soft cotton clothes se scratch kriye nahi to mark rah jayega n coconut oil nahi suit ho to aap olive oil use kriye.n doc se consult one time.

Try using Vaseline+oil, a thick layer! Or; may be this Shea butter will help, m using it since 3rd month onwards and 1-2 times per day is sufficient n its working wonders! Got it from Amazon! Stay hydrated too, pls don't scratch the area!

I too had reddish spots on my tummy. It was itchy but was bearable. My doctor said it’s normal in pregnancy. I had not applied anything as it wasn’t so bothering for me. It went away post delivery. Check with your gynaecologist if it irritates too much.

Same is happening with me...whole night i feel so itching and also red stretch marks has come on my tummy
