Check with your doctor and continue light exercising if your pregnamcy needed no special precautions. Walking is anyways the best. Weight training and cardio are to be avoided.

Hi Kanchan, pls do not worry about your weight right now. In the first trimester pls take it slow . The key is to eat right. Pls have plenty of fruits veggies.
