Hi mommies, can you please tell the daily routine diet chart for my baby.. Actually I don't understand when she wants to eat, when she is hungry, when she is not. I just don't understand.; she wakes at 8am then I feed her chapati with milk and ghee( grind and paste), then she takes a nap and wakes up at 12 then I feed her dailya with almond powder and carrot in it at 2pm. Then she again takes a nap for 1.30 hours. Then in evening I give her cerealac and then finally dinner at 9:30. That means 4 times a day. Still my mom says that bacche ko har 2 hours me khilana chahiye.. Don't know what to do. Please help.



I think you are feeding her ok. When baby start eating then no need of the two hr rule. Also you can give snacks in between if you like. Healthy Evening Snacks for your Little Munchkin!

To usko time k alawa bhi khane ki aadat padegi jo aage chal k aapko aasani hopaegi. Kyu k bache thode bade hue to unka khana kam hojata. Khana khane ko bahot pareshan krte bache.isilie aisa krne se aage help hogi aapki.kyuki phir mother pareshan hoti k bacha to bahot hi kam khana kha rha h

U can get home baked soft biscuits, or try slurrp biscuit..paneer cubes shallow fried..idli..idli fry..any fruit like banana chikoo

Milk is very important. Usko milk nhi pasand to fruit shake ki surat me milk do.like; Chikoo shake apple shake banana shake etc . ghar pe hi apne hath se spongy cake bana k rakh lo. Be San k laddu bana k rakho. Rava laddu .Zada mitha nhi halka mitha.ye sab aap use khane k alawa de sakti ho
