Drinking coconut water n cold milk helps a lot

When I was pregnant my gynae told me to have Isabghol with warm milk at night ... for heartburn u can have digene syrup... else drink lots of water.. less spicy food..; take lots of fruits. . go for walk...;

Practise vajrasana after meals everyday. Only practise if comfortable. There should be no pain or discomfort.
