How often should a 3 months old pee? As my baby does not pee the whole night! is it normal

Baby should have atleast 6+ pee count a day. From How long is the baby not peeing at night

His pee court is normal...like he peed 7-8 times during day time....even every day he do susu in night also...but today during nigh(in sleep) he did not peed...so m worried

Might happen if he dropped a feed. Breastfeed often and see a doctor if it continues.

Summer is nearing.. If he is on bm and fm then you can give little water but if he is on bm alone then feed the baby more. Might be the sign of dehydration.

Sorry but please don’t give water until Baby is 6 months old.

Breast milk has enough water content to quench Baby thirst. That’s the fore milk. According to WHO standards no solids or water to Baby until they turn 6 months old

It's not normal ,; u have to talk with doctor

He is on both BM and FM... during night he is on BM....but his behaviour is normal..I mean he is not fussy

Then u don't worry I think he sleep soundly . U just take care of her.

My baby also do same he rarely pee at night but whenever he wakes up he pee twice in 5-10min gap... Sometime he pees in early morning like around 5'o clock ... I think it normal some baby do like this.. my moms when I was small I stopped pee on bed after 6mnth 😁

Even he sleep long hours continuesly....I feed him only 1 time in night that too I woke him up....

This is just an information. If you feel Baby is dehydrated look for below signs:
