I am 24 weeks pregnant. My HB is 9.5 now, is it very less and can create problem for baby's growth

9.5 is ok not v less but u can increase include @iron rich food in ur diet and also have beetroot every day it really helps

Eat dates, beetroot, pomegranate juice, green veggies. Also make chana laddoos with jaggery and eat two daily

U have to increase ur HB level.. take pomegranate juice.. beetroot.. fruits
