Hii mommies, I m apx. 9 weeks pregnant. I often have sprain in my legs n I feel very tired n nauseous every time. How can I reduce my leg sprain n tiredness.. pls help me...

Drink lots of liquids it’s summer so you can’t have water so much in other forms like tang , Rasna or Nariyel Pani a lot !!!!
Dehydration could be one of the reason !
Second it can be bcs of lack of activity , start brisk walking to loosen up your muscles !
If you can’t succeed by ths two then do contact your Dr it can be some vitamin deficiency !!
This self tried !!

Have measured n good quantity of water.

Just keep below ur legs..
