Dear first of all relax. Nothing is going to happen to the baby. But you stressing is definitely not good. Please read good books. Listen to music. Buy a CD of garbhsanskara and listen to it. Please check the levels of thyroid hormone every two months and make sure the levels are maintained in normal range.. include more salads and fruits in your diet to see significant changes
