When I'll started exercise for weight loss as I'm already have heavy weight... I've c-section delivery and whay to do and what should to not gain weight any more

Hey dear dint get you ..the delivery is done right ?~
Basically post delivery you should give your body some more time to heal..in c section it's minimum of 6 months ..go for exclusive breastfeeding, it helps lose a lot of weight ...after 3 months you can go for mild walks ...after 6 months you can start with crunches and little bit of exercise .. however walk is the best for exercise ..you can go for swimming too..tc
