Cramps in legs could be due to lack of water intake, pl ensure you are well hydrated..keep your legs elevated while sleeping..

Cramps may be due to lack of calcium and magnesium in diet and also due to dehydration and also because of baby position in womb on any nerve or blood vessel . Just stay hydrated through out the day eat more calcium and magnesium contain diet and do slow massage on calf muscle of legs

Drink lots of fluid, keep a footrest under your feet and don’t keep them hanging.. will help in causing less pain and swelling as well
