Hi guys. For yoga one should start with asanas first or Pranayam first ( breathing exercise) Or any of the way is fine?

Hi Dhara - breathing is key and should be mastered first. In any event during the first trimester, Asana practise is prohibited. Nadi shodhan and bhramri pranayama are sufficient.

Looking at your advanced pregnancy, you need to do both. You could look at my posts for exercises that you can do.

Remember synchronisation of breath is most important.

M in third semester. So I should start with breathing exercise and then go for asanas?

You need to make progress on both together as you don’t have the luxury of time
