Guys anyone having solution for heavy cold my nose are jammed and through throat cold is moving into the stomach i am swallowing it because i can't get out tat one very struggling becuase of tat fever also coming

Vicks steam is wonder in cold ! Try before bed and thrice if its hvy cold.
If u have fever then plz dnt do anything and meet ur doctor asap.
