Hey anshul..feelin hungry evry 2 hrs is normal.. Whnevr u feel hungry hv some fruits n snack on dry fruits.. Sprouts.. Drink water... Eat healthy whnevr u r hungry.. Dont hv junk food.. I too had d same thing feelin hungry evry 2 hrs but nvr used to hv junk.. Wud hv lots of fluids.. Weight gain wont b much if u eat healthy.. N now since u r pregnant do not worry much abt weight gain..
That's fine dear ...whenever hungry you can eat fruits like watermelons or Cucumber or sprouts chat if you feel you are over eating ..these things are healthy and filling too ..enjoy n tc
This is the big issue. I eat junk a lot bcoz I have cravings of junk.
What to do?
Hey anshul.. U r gainin weight coz of junk eating.. U gotta avoid it.. Its not good for u as well as d baby.. U jus got to think abt d butiful soul inside.. Yaar maa bade bade kaam kar jati h apne bache kliye.. Aapko to bas junk khana band karna h 🙂
