To reduce fat interval training is a great option but you need to do a minimum thirty minutes sustains routine. Start with three times a week and increase gradually. interval training is high intensity exercise where you repeat some cardio workout with 10 seconds rests in between. you could search youtube for many wonderful videos... but start slow and work your way up...
