Gynaec is the best to answer it, but if you are fine otherwise, you can resume you regular activity after 2 weeks of bed rest from the day you got operated. I started my office but was away from physical activity like walking a lot and all. My doc suggested to be little low on physical activity till 28 week as the chances of pre term goes away. I am now taking 10 min walk 10 min break and again walk plus have been doing light household work like cooking and all.. Hope this helps!

Did you had cervicle incompetence?? Well, you need to be on bed atleast 6 to 8 weeks..

After that you can start with mild daily chores..

Yes they said cervix is little dialated and short
