Cramps and low bp only in the early morning after waking up, in gap of 5-6 days. 5th month of pregnancy running. Please suggest what can be done or wat can be the reasons. Doctor says nothing really to worry about, but I get a bit worried.

For cramps you need to drink plenty of water. Dehydration is one of the reason for cramps. When you get cramp next time drink a bottle of water in one go and see the difference.

Thats okay.. just make sure to have a quick snack on the bed soon after raising.. yes it helps to regular , bp and also hydrates yourself and get rid of cramps
