Congratulations! How many weeks are you?
I have a
1 year old baby
That is a very high weight gain for this stage of pregnancy. Over all in the first twenty weeks we expect a weight gain of between two to five kilos in total. The BP is also on the high side and both these will surely need dietary control. Please discuss the same with the doctor and visit a prenatal nutrionist.
thank you...Will try to overcome
yes the weight gain is alot. overall weight gain in ur entire pregnancy should range from 10-12 kgs. too much weight gain can lead to complications hence pls ensure u have a balanced high protein diet, avoid sweets and do some prenatal yoga or exercise or walks. don't stress over it, discuss with ur doc n do the best u can frm here on. tkcr
Do not start any excercise now if you were not active before getting pregnant. you can talk to your doctor about it and then start. however, walking is the most safest and healthy option.

hey that is not good.. watch your diet very carefully.. all that milk and ghee that your mum or mil is probably giving you is extremely harmful for you in the long run.. you could develop gestational diabetes too.. start walking for 15 mins a day everyday
