U can start walking from next day dont stess urslf but... Start breathing exercises, pelvic floor exercises, nothing extreme just ones u were doing b4 delivery.... Use belly binders... Whatever u r comfortable with.. Take it slow but dont b on complete bed rest... U can start with a bit of household work also as exercise ones like cooking and dusting.... Dont pick anything heavy

Take complete rest atleast for one month to 45 days.. post that u can start light walk... exercise start after 6 months after check up and go ahead from ur doctor...
