Hi.. My baby is awake in evening till 11pm and demanding milk every 20min. She is not sleeping and crying for milk. What to do...? Is it normal

Baby might be having gas or hungry.. keep breastfeeding... if baby have gas apply hing paste on naval and massage in circular motion

Everything is normal is for 1 month old..how do you know she is crying for milk ? She must be tired and crying for sleep!

Adira she is putting her fist in mouth.. As i am continuously feeding with less time gap milk is not producing

She behaves like this only in the evening. Is it because of hot climate?

Babies are like that in the evening. It's the comfort nursing that they do..please check the latch,gas issues or temperature. If all this is fine then let the baby suckle for as long as they want to. It's good to establish your milk supply for her increasing needs.Happy feeding.

; Agree with ritu.. Burp your baby after every feed well. Give a cycling exercise to the baby it might ease colic if any. Come sleep with the baby make the baby feel cosy..

Babies put fist in their mouth for comfort nursing also, when they are tired and want to sleep. My doc also said that it always doesn't mean that they are hungry.

3 to 6 weeks is the difficult phase, do not worry just feed her whenever she demands, keep her close with you. Walk inside your house with her to distract her. Things will get better soon do not worry

Madhuri Madhu I know many will say no to this swing thing, even I was against it but you know elders.. My mom was adamant that she will use it and in Mumbai we can't do that traditional cloth tying so we bought similar one with the stand. My daughter sleeps in that in day, night next to me. Make sure she doesn't get used to it. Keep switching between bed and swing..
