i am already over weight now i got conceived so,i am worried abt my health and.baby plz suggest me.gud diet which i cannot increase my weight.i am 5 weeks pregnant

Eat lots of protein like sprouted moong, 2 egg whites a day, take skimmed milk, have 3 ltrs of water. Eat 4 almonds soaked overnight in early morning. Have Ragi, daliya etc. Reduce rice, fried stuffs, salty and sweet snacks. Walk everyday.

Congratulations. Well you need to consult a nutritionist who will give a customised diet plan suited to your body type. You can find one on Babychakra too. For rest, eating small meals at short intervals, regular walking and avoiding oily, fried and packaged food would work well.

Don't worry about weight as of now. Just think about eating right food. You may puton.... after delivery you can start exercising early and control food. Suddenly changing Ur food plan may affect Ur health and you may not able to stick to it also.
