I feel too much gassy now a days.  n sometimes due to more gases I feel pain in lower abdomen.  unavle to walk even. is it normal or happening to me only


it's normal.. do not stay hungry for long, drink plenty of liquids and water... have ajwain n jeera water too.

No dear, its the part and parcel of pregnancy.. digestive system becomes sluggish when pregnant... Here's a remedy... keep a vessel on heat, put some cumin seeds and immediately pour water, before they get too fried... cumin seeds should just get heated. drink this water throughout the day. it should not be used the next day. will feel better... ☺
