Hii dears from 2 days i am getting stress anger for small matter also i am thinking too much for dis am getting headch ... is it harm to ma baby??i am in 18th week getting fear suggest me wat to do pls

hi dear..its normal mood swings...happened to me around 18th -20th week... divert ur mind in some other activities or something of ur interest...this will change ur mood.

hi dear poornima. very transient stress may not be much harmful. however if this pattern of stress and anger is a persistent one, you have to be watchful. remember your child will be the mirror image of you. whatever you think the child's molecules will form. persistent anger and stress releases stress hormones which will be a part of your child's body too. so please try some relaxation techniques, chanting mantras or OM, pranayam to alleviate ur stress. you will not be able to change the situation causing stress. try learning to change the way you respond to it.. all the best. have a healthy pregnancy.. keep sending loving thoughts to your unborn little one.. and be focussed on his growth and development..

don't worry, try keeping urslf calm n relaxed. Try doing something interesting n divert ur mind.
have positive thoughts , good sleep, listen to nice music..

this is normal... hormonal changes. I too use to scream for silly reasons... just relax. Move out of that room.. listen to some pleasing songs.
