when i was pregnent my gyn suggested me to eat something like fruits or nuts or any snack..every 2 hrs ..and at night sleep left side

have cold milk.  and eat small portion of ur meal in every 2 hrs interval.

Yes plzzz try avoidin oilyyy an rich food an plzz if its possible then mornin mein 1st thing u can do is have cold milk an wid it alomnds or busicuite wht ever u take in d mornin bt 1st d cold milk u can add flovour to it by rose cyrup or any flovour u want

and for gas u can make a mix of ajwain, hing powder with black salt in a small spoon and have it with warm water or normal water
