Readymade soups have a considerable amount of salt which might increase ur sodium levels and also SUGAR and preservatives. It is OK to have it occasionally but not on daily basis. Try to go for homemade preparations as much as possible.

look out for 'no msg' labels... anyways, it is better to have homemade, hygienic and healthy food during pregnancy...
