My baby is 2.5 years what I should include in his diet chart and how I should follow the chart??

at this ages your baby should be eating everything you have (healthy food). I'm a vegetarian so.. can tell vegetarian diet. h must include atleast 2 fruits a day, daal once a day, with rice and roti. all seasonal veggies also be included. u can make healthy snacks like dry fruit powder and laddo for good weight gain. add eggs. try not to give outside food. avoid junk food like chips, french fries, noodles,  colas, pizzas etc. no preservative foods like packed juices and soups kinda stuff. No strict food chart just keep giving healthy food. no need to make food separately. give what you eat.
