hi every one..my baby is 1week now.. plz tell me wat type of food I should take..nd suggest me exercises I can do to reduce belly

hi Shweta,u can eat a healthy diet with all veggies n greens, fruits, include dry fruits n nuts  in Ur diet .drink milk,take adequate rest and care.for excercise wait till 45 days n start if u had a normal delivery.just stay active.

agree with Nazeema Shaheen, don't be in a hurry to exercise. if u had c-section get go-ahead from doctor before starting. in addition to above said diet, drink lots of water too..
