during pregnancy time our hemoglobin wil b reduce day by day. keep on eating ironic foods like fig fruit, keerai, goouse berry wit honey, ect...
try to take pomegranate juice everyday and one green leafy vegetable for sure in ur lunch.. this will.surely help. i did the same to level up my hb. Also til and jaggery chikki is good.
Avoid Soy and soy products as it hinders with the absorption of iron in the body
during pregnancy haemoglobin decreases.. so continue taking foods rich in iron.. pomegranate is great source of maintaining haemoglobin..
Haemoglobin is a combination of two components - haem which is iron and globulin which is protein. Only consuming iron rich foods and pills will not increase the levels. Ensure that you have good quality proteins in your daily diet atleast three to four times a day. Ideas are pulses, legumes, lean meat eggs nuts sprouts etc.
