kritika, if question is seen by somebody, or someone knows the answer, they will certainly reply... you could use your tine to pursue some hobby which you like... find something you are passionate about... take care...

no kritika... its fine.. i can understand... you can take ajwain water... its good.. ghee will cause weight gain , so take in moderation..
u can take ghee...and for dark circles take almonds, vitamin e supplement and proper sleep...
right now you need something to divert your mind... search for some fun apps... later when you r in better health, you can join some classes to learn some new skills...
everyone told me to take ghee what can I take which can work as well I m too worried how the weakness overed and I came again in my normal position
if you want to have ghee take in small amount.. else it will lead to unnecessary weight gain.. and I think dark circles will go away once u r healed properly and u have sufficient sleep..
take a good healthy diet, that is all that is needed... take lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Since only 3 months, the body does not really lose any reserve. it is only after 3 months pregnancy that baby grows from what mother eats. so a good diet and rest will make you fit and fine in no time... but mist importantly, keep your mind healthy and occupied... believe in yourself, love yourself... you will do great dear... dont worry...
Kritika it is important that you seek closure and as your mind is restless you may need to see a psychologist. This does not mean that you have a problem, it just means that you need someone to answer your questions and allow you to vent. At this time many times family is not supportive as they feel that it is not a big deal. You need to sort out the reasons you had the abortion in the first place and move on from there. You can have a little ghee which is normal diet. Excess is not required. Your tiredness and lethargy is more from the emotional stress than from the physical. Most women are up and about normal routines withing just a few days of an abortion. Eat a balanced diet, healthy home foods, do not ignore any food groups, take rest and at the same time divert your mind by meeting friends or taking up a hobby which interests you. You should also consider some form of exercise as this will help increase the production of positive hormones.
