i m 19 weeks pregnancy my baby weight is 250 gm. what should I do.?

Babies develop muscles and a layer of fat only once you complete the 7th month.. Dont worry.. But pls do not 'eat for two'
that logic is a load of crap.. Babies take what they need from your usual nutrition.. Pls eat small meals more frequently as you will otherwise put pressure on your digestive system..
There is this formula for moms called Nestle mom and me i guess.. its gives you all the nutrition you may miss in your meals.. Have 2 spoons of that in a glass of milk before sleeping.. and maybe even if you wake up hungry in the middle of the night

250gm at 19 weeks is OK to proceed. Please relax and be positive which is most important. Eat protein rich food, increase intake of fluids. Eat dry fruits, fresh fruits n vegetables, pulses, eggs, milk, lean meat and I m sure you will end up having a healthy baby
