neha ne aapko badiya advice di hai. saath mein dr se poochkar vit C bhi lena. vitamin c iron absorption mein help karta hai. apne khaane mein aap nimboo bhi nichod sakte ho.

Beetroot is best source of iron.

10.9 is not that bad..so dont worry. If you can, eat roasted chana with jeggery..will help for sure.
