Nausea, loss of appetite is common during pregnancy and felt more in first trimester due to hormonal changes. Iron supplements is added reason for constipation which is another common problem during pregnancy. Drink plenty of water (2-3ltrs), tender coconut water. Eat 2 biscuits as soon as you get up as it will make you feel better. Eat small options instead of eating full stomach. High protein food, fresh fruits, veggies would help you fight all issues and good for you and baby. Most important is stay strong and positive. Small walk is good as well. Good luck

water, water, water... can't stress enough on it... 3 ltrs is a must to avoid constipation.. have fruits and veggies too, especially dark , leafy ones...walking or some other prenatal excercise(take consent from doctor) is also beneficial...
It's common dear.... Drink lots of fluid and remember not to take these medicines together
Never take iron with or followd by milk..... Do not lie down immediately after taking iron as its heavy to digest and vl cause acidity.... For acidity ask ur gyeno to prescribe u medicine
Discuss the same with your doctor for a change in brands. The supplements prescribed are causing the discomfort and not the Pregnancy hormones especially if you are saying that the same has started after starting the supplements. Also from your profile I can see that you have crossed week 18. There are many alternatives available and some natural options with brands like nutrilite etc. Discuss with your doctor.
