Yeah you are not sleeping well in the night na so feeling sleepy in day, try to keep yourself busy in the morning, watch TV, read books, cook food for yourself, go for a walk (I'm assuming you are not a working mom) you will definitely get good sleep in the night, have a nice long warm bath before sleeping. Try this schedule for 1 week you will be back to normal.

Same thing happening to me too. But as advised by Rebecca Prakash , i too try to be awake and busy in the day if i am feeling well and then i sleep well at night.

Try to sleep less in day and engage your self in some work so that your focus remain diverted

Pure din apne appko kaam mai busy rakho. Tym phir bhi bache toh usmai achi kitabe padho ya yoga class join karo. Aur directly raat . mai soo... Usse raatko achi neend ayegi.
