hello everyone..I m mother of 4.5yr baby boy..my sun is always busy with computer and ipad..more concerned abt games..he is slow learning about surrounding...very moody..I m very worried about his development ..as i m a working..plz advise me something...I always try to be with him and explore the world..but his response is very slow..

Don't loose heart. try engaging him in various classes. try enrolling him on sports he likes like skating ...swimming etc..
try cutting his screentime.. flintobox is one which has gud offers n subscribe for the same. it will keep kids engaged for long hours.. try getting him Lego blocks and ask him to explore. that will boost his mind as well. u can spend time over weekends helping him..  also engage him in painting... get some playdough n ask him to make few characters of his own.. hope this helps

Don't be worried about development. he is still very small .. as every kid is different , they will take some time. these activities should boost him

thanks u..I ll try..he easily get bored..always want car toys..but sure..I ll try

It's common with all kids to get bored Jaspreet... but kids love wen we get involved... am sure he will keep his cars away.. . be positive.. . and am sure both Momma n baby will be happy..  also try taking him for outdoor games.. park... walk... cycling..

thanks dear for advise me..

your baby seems to be addicted to computer games. don't worry though, encourage him to follow other activities like swetha said, and reward him when he does the activities. you could prepare a fun chart on a wall to stick with gold stars which show your appreciation. keep timings for playing on computer, and take him to park, beach or any good place and become a kid yourself... even with cars, you can play at racing with him, ask him about the cars, he will have loads of stories to tell, it will also work up his imagination... get some age appropriate good books and puzzles and activity kits for him. slowly, and surely, you will be able to get his attention... all the best dear...
